The following are frequently asked questions and answers asked by previous customers.
Q. How much do we charge?
A. How much we charge depends on the service the customer is asking for.
Q. How long is the return time?
A. We ask for the return time at least one week or four days. If there is a rush priority, we will gladly do it.
Q. Do we make labels?
A. We could make labels but would not be cost effective for the customer, we direct them to a label company that is located in Connecticut.
Q. Do we emboss on things?
A. We do not do embossing; we only do monogramming on printable wear, we can direct the customer local person who can monogram on other products such as glass.
Q. Can you give me a break on the order?
A. Depending on the item you have ordered from us yes we maybe able to give u a price break.
